Emi Tamaki is a researcher of tactile technology related to tactile sensation.
She is also CEO and co-founder of a Tokyo-based company.

“By feeling pain, you can transform the world of the Metaverse into a reality. It becomes more presence and immersive,”
Tamaki also added that she has a goal to make free humans from all kinds of space, body and time constraints by 2029.
The technique uses electrical stimulation to manipulate the muscles of the arm to mimic the sensations of catching a ball or poking a bird on the skin.
