The government start to make a move to join the virtual world
A moment ago, the government reported allocated 223,7M won funds for metaverse
Moreover, they will create their own digital continent in virtual world

As cited from CBBC, South Korea’s Minister of Science and ICT, Lim Hyesook, said that
The country plans to start the metaverse industry by supporting technology companies
Which have desire to participate in developing metaverse and creating jobs.
Furthermore, this is the first time ever investment from government in the metaverse as much 223,7M won
It shows how South Korea government is taking serious decision about metaverse
Meanwhile, Seoul government is building a 3.9 billion won metaverse platform
It is to support citizens accessing public services virtually.
It fits into the concept of Web3, virtual reality (VR), augmented reality (AR) and blockchain technology
