You can wear it during the game. As cited from OWO Games’ company website, they have developed and patented a haptic system that allows users to feel real physical sensations.

Shiena from OWO on Between Reality interview said that “you can feel real sensation of punch on your muscle. Moreover, you can feel the vibration of the game when you wearing the vest.”
OWO added the information about the sensation of the vest, this vest is not only compatible in VR.
